How does the free trial work?: Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial of Pro. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose Starter or Pro — your data stays put either way.
How is pricing calculated?: Starter and Pro are billed per seat, per month, in GBP. Starter is capped at 5 seats per workspace; Pro has unlimited seats. Pay yearly to get 2 months free.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?: Starter is the core CRM + inbox for small teams. Pro adds AI intel pipelines, live compliance verification (CQC, NHS ODS, advanced Companies House), FOI, bulk Drive CV import, LinkedIn + multi-channel outreach, the public apply portal, referral programme, and advanced analytics.
When do I need Enterprise?: Enterprise is for agencies running multiple workspaces under one contract, or that need SSO / SAML, white-label, a dedicated CSM, audit log export, or an agreed uptime SLA. Pricing is custom — book a demo and we'll scope it.
What happens if we run out of AI credits?: By default we stop at the limit so you don't get a surprise bill. Pro workspaces can enable an opt-in overage budget (£0.05 per credit) from settings if you'd rather keep going.
Can we switch plans later?: Yes. Upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Where is our data stored?: Hosted in the EU (Ireland) on managed cloud infrastructure, processed in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Workspace isolation is enforced at the database layer (Postgres row-level security). Full detail on the security page.
Can we cancel any time?: Starter and Pro are month-to-month — cancel any time from billing settings. Enterprise is an annual contract with a quarterly business review.
